1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

Because we sell used and pre-owned books, all items are sold as-is. However, we want to make things right if there’s a problem. You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

• You received the wrong book

• The item arrived damaged (beyond reasonable wear and tear)

• The book was not as described in condition or edition

To be eligible, you must contact us within [7–14 days] of receiving your order.

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We’ll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
